Welcome to AI Headshot Generator Selfiey ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
AI Headshot Generator Selfiey is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to generate professional headshot images from user-provided photos. The App offers:
- AI-powered face swap technology to create professional headshots
- Multiple professional style templates
- Free tier with limited credits
- Premium subscription with additional features and credits
Face Data Processing
By using this App, you acknowledge and consent to the following regarding your Face Data (photos containing your face):
- Your photos will be transmitted to our AI processing partner (Replicate AI) for headshot generation
- Photos are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour
- We do not use facial recognition technology or create biometric profiles
- Your Face Data is used solely to generate your requested headshot

2. User Accounts and Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 You May:
- Upload photos of yourself for headshot generation
- Use generated headshots for personal or commercial purposes
- Share your generated headshots on social media, dating apps, professional profiles, etc.
3.2 You May NOT:
- Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Create deepfakes or impersonate other individuals
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Use the App for fraudulent purposes or identity theft
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to:
- Photos you upload to the App
- Headshot images generated from your photos
4.2 License to Process
By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to:
- Process your photos through our AI system
- Transmit your photos to our processing partners
- Generate and deliver headshot images to you
This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing (within 1 hour).
4.3 Our Content
The App, including its design, features, style templates, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Tier
The App offers a limited free tier with 1 lifetime credit for trial purposes.
5.2 Premium Subscription
- Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings
5.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability

- Specific results or quality of generated images
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
7.2 AI Limitations
AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. We continuously work to improve quality but cannot guarantee perfection.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for any third-party content or services
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Use the App in ways that could harm us or other users
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
