When you use the App to generate professional headshots, you provide photos from your device's camera or photo library. These photos may contain your face ("Face Data"). We collect this data only when you voluntarily upload it for the purpose of headshot generation.

1.2 Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases, transaction data is processed by Apple's App Store and our payment partner RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment details.

1.3 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, such as feature usage patterns and app performance metrics. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Face Data Usage

Your Face Data is used exclusively for:

• Processing your uploaded photo through AI face-swap technology
• Generating professional headshot images based on your selected style
• Delivering the generated headshot to your device

Your Face Data is NOT used for:

• Facial recognition or identification purposes
• Building biometric profiles or templates
• Training AI models
• Marketing or advertising
• Any purpose other than generating your requested headshot

• Process and fulfill your in-app purchases
• Improve and optimize the App's performance
• Provide customer support

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

3.1 AI Processing Partner

To generate headshots, your uploaded photos are securely transmitted to our AI processing partner:

• Provider: Replicate AI (replicate.com)
• Purpose: AI-powered face swap and image generation
• Security: Data transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection
• Retention: Replicate automatically deletes prediction inputs and outputs within 1 hour
• Privacy Policy: replicate.com/privacy

3.2 Payment Processing

• Apple App Store: Handles all payment transactions
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status (no payment details shared with us)

3.3 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Face Data to any third parties.
